Delivery Day Roadmap was created to give you exactly that: clear guidance, real-life tools, and the kind of support that makes you feel grounded every step of the way.
From early labor all the way to settling in at home with your baby, this course prepares you for the full picture of your hospital birth experience.
Over five weeks, we’ll dive into the things that actually matter—the things nobody explains until you’re already in the thick of it.
Week 1 gives you a strong foundation with basic childbirth education so you understand what your body is doing and why.
Week 2 walks you through creating a birth plan, planning backup options, early-labor movement, and how your partner can support you in ways that actually make a difference.
Week 3 focuses on active labor, when to head to the hospital, what triage and admission really look like, how to navigate hospital policies, and how to speak with your nurse and doctor in a confident, informed way.
Week 4 prepares you for the “just in case” scenarios—like cesarean birth or shoulder dystocia—so you’re not blindsided if plans change. We’ll also dig into postpartum expectations, your choices during those first hours after birth, and what to do if you’re handed a medical bill before you’ve even settled into recovery.
Week 5 brings everything together with postpartum education, nutrition tips, newborn feeding basics, and practical support ideas to make your transition home smoother and more supported.
